I can understand your frustration with the bullshit that's been going on with your stories. It's stupid that either one or a group of people have nothing better to do than attack your story's ratings. I guess my best advice for you is to ignore the rating (which is hard considering it's all fucked up) and pay attention to all of the positive comments. 95% or more of the comment on here are positive and only a few are negative and they're from some crazy bastard who is either very sick in the head or (more likely) just a troll thinking what he's doing is funny and impressing others. But maybe a break from the bullshit is what you need. Let everything here simmer down for a bit and then come back with another great chapter that'll knock the socks off of those of us who ACTUALLY read the story. Take your time. Rest up. And most importantly remember that you're extremely talented and have put together a very complex story that many here love! |

I don't think it's the wait that is causing tempers to rise in the comments. You do a great job of keeping people up to date on how the story is coming along so I don't see that being the problem. I think it's because of all of the unwarranted negativity that your stories have been getting for some time now. I think it's the inability to come up with some sort of solution to that problem that has those of us that appreciate your story and support you feeling on edge. There are few things worse than feeling utterly helpless and that's kind of where we all are on this. But it's great to see you still popping in to update where things are going. It shows everyone that you're still writing and not letting the down votes and negative comments keep you down. |
