- [Instructor] In this video, we'll create a scrum project, create issues in the product backlog, create and plan a sprint, execute a sprint, and complete a sprint. We're logged in as the Jira administrator, we have an existing Kanban project, but for this demo, we're going to create a new scrum project. To do this, click the create project button, select classic project, and we'll change the template and select the scrum template. We'll name the project Project B and click create. The project board is empty since we haven't created a sprint yet, but first let's designate a project administrator for this project. Under project settings, people, will designate Alana Grant for the administrator's role, which means Alana Grant is a project administrator for the project and can configure it.
