- [Instructor] When a device is deployed to a user, it should also come with clear, concise instructions for use. No matter how savvy the user might be if this is their first time in a mobile device management situation or with your organization, they will need rock solid onboarding instructions and rules of the road. The user adoption instructions need to include whatever the user needs to know about their device. Even if they don't need to do anything, they need to be told they don't need to do anything. If it is truly just turn the device on, then they should be told so. They also need to be told clearly in writing the rules of use, so the terms and conditions, the purpose for which the device is intended, any data the organization tracks from the device, and how to get support if anything should arise.
