- "Culture eats strategy for breakfast." This off quoted piece of advice attributed to management consultant, Peter Drucker is one of those truisms that just seems to apply to many situations, including responsible AI. So now that we have an idea of the context we are dealing with both inside and outside your organization, let's turn our attention to focus on the people and the structures in your organization, and their associated beliefs and behaviors that make up your organizational culture, so that you can ensure you're setting up your responsible AI program for success. A culture that empowers this work is going to make implementing your strategy much easier, ensuring that your responsible AI program isn't on the breakfast menu so to speak.
