GPTs and ChatGPT: Handling ambiguity and refining user prompts

- One of the challenges we may face is that users ask questions that aren't really clear as to what they mean. And so, one thing that we might have to do is figure out how do we handle this situation? One thing we could do is we could put a rule in place or a boundary in place with the GPT that just says, if it's not clear, go and ask follow up questions. If it's not clear, refuse to answer. But a simple and kind of interesting technique that we can use when it's not clear, or if we just want to do this all the time to try to have a better interaction, is that we can automatically suggest improved versions of the user's question, using the question refinement prompt pattern. So, the idea behind this is whenever the user asks a question, we are going to automatically have the custom GPT suggest a better version of the question and then ask the user if they would like to have that question answered instead.
