- You have to take responsibility for all of the custom GPTs. Basically what you're going to do is by proxy, you're going to give them the identity of your organization or of you, and allow them to go off into the world and represent you. And you have to think very carefully about the ramifications of that. And no matter what, you have to realize, you have to stand behind whatever that bot does. Whatever that custom GPT decides to do, you are the responsible party, your organization, or you, the person, and you have to remember that. So think carefully about what that thing is going to do. And do you really want it to have those capabilities? Do you really want it to be public and out in the world? It's a big difference to have some internal support custom GPT that's going to help your employees accomplish tasks. It might make mistakes, but it's no harm, no foul, right, because it's internal.
