Complete guide to supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11 for admins: Introduction

- Welcome to Complete Guide to Supporting and Troubleshooting Windows 11 for Admins If you are an enterprise desktop support technician who provides second tier support to users with computers running Windows 11, or if you want to fill gaps in your client operating system knowledge before moving on to learn about Cloud device management, with InTune, this course is for you. I'm Andrew Warren. I'm a Microsoft certified trainer and I've taught thousands of students in hundreds of courses over the years. I've also helped develop Microsoft Official curriculum courseware, including titles such as 10982, supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10. But like you, I started my IT career, working in a support environment, helping to resolve users problems with their technology. I developed good problem solving and communication skills, which served me well over the years in other IT roles. As your instructor and guide through these video lessons, I'll combine lectures and many demonstrations. After completing the course, you should be able to develop a troubleshooting methodology, troubleshoot startup and devices, configure and troubleshoot network connectivity, administer users and groups, secure Windows 11, troubleshoot the application of group policy settings, manage apps, configure resource access, monitor, and maintain Windows 11. With these skills, you should be in a good position to help your users and to develop your career in IT support. So let's get started.
