Adding blanks to help with layouts

- [Instructor] Now, it seems counterintuitive why you would want to add extra blank space to your dashboard. You know, we're always told that there's never enough room in the dashboard and every pixel should count. So, why would I want to add empty space to my dashboard? Well, it can really help with uncluttering a layout and giving anything a little bit more of a room to breathe. Now, we've seen this already when we can add padding to our objects, but blanks works in a kind of similar concept in the fact that we add empty space. So let's look at an example. So this dashboard here, I've got my three charts, and then I've got my legends all on the right-hand side. Now, there's a big blank space at the bottom that, ideally, I'd like my profit timeline to go into. So what I'd actually like to do is change this so that my filters that'd be down the right-hand side are all across the top. So, it's easy enough to do.
