Using linked pictures
- [Instructor] Now let's talk about linked pictures. What do I mean by that? Well, let's take a look at these two charts. One of them is the chart. I'm going to click on this one. You can see it's hooked to this, but this one is actually not a chart. In fact, it is a linked picture. So you can see it's hooked up to this cell range. So how did I do that? Well, I'm going to highlight C2 all the way through to H16. So it's very important you select the cells, not the chart. Now I'll hit Ctrl + C here to copy. And then over here, I'll click on this paste down arrow and then I'm going to select linked picture. Now, this is actually a live picture, so if I put it on top of itself, it follows back to the future rules, right? So two things shouldn't touch themselves that are connected like this. But where this really shines is that I'm going to go up here and click View and turn off grid lines. So I want you to imagine that…
