- [Narrator] Hopefully you didn't just dive in, or if you did dive in and you got bit by a couple other snakes that were in this data set, that's fine as long as you didn't stop and give up. But there are a couple of things to deal with. First of all, column D is empty. That's not going to work for us. Because if I do try to filter, let's go to Data and Filter. Look, I get filter buttons there, not where I need them. So let's get rid of that and get rid of this empty column D. Delete it. And then we have to straighten this out, Virgil Smith. Smith there, and then Virgil. Good. My cursor is in the dataset. Let's sort. I want to sort by, yes, the ID column, sort it on cell color. On top, I want the blue color. As we can see, they are the ones who are complete. I want those on top. Yep. Add a level. Sort by ID again, cell color. On bottom, I want the gold because they are exempt. And then add two more levels because I want to sort by last name and then by first name. Okay, and look at…
