- So far in the course, you've learned about the many ways in which GenAI can support your L&D strategy. The challenge is that implementation is complex, and you'll need a roadmap to move through how and where to start. You can do this by developing use cases. Start by identifying and assessing challenges or pain points in your organization's L&D function, and focus on areas where GenAI can make the most impact. Perhaps, for you, pain points are content creation or learner engagement, upskilling or personalized learning. There is a plethora of GenAI tools. Text, image, audio, video, and code, just to name a few. So investigate which tools are most appropriate to address the challenges you identify.
