(bright music) - Now that you've put the time in to take a look at your context, take a look at the types of improvements that you want to make and selected some of the Agile and Lean practices to move you a bit further along on that spectrum over to the Agile side, what you need to be thinking about is how are you going to put those into practice? So, if you think about your scope of a typical project, you've got an approach, you've got a way of working where you're going to take those requirements that have been captured and you're going to do the development work and testing and get feedback on it. What I see with a lot of teams, where they're starting to adopt some new practices is they don't have an approach or a mechanism to be able to do that. And what I recommend is to use an Agile approach, use a backlog. And this backlog's a little bit different than a product backlog. This is an adoption backlog or an improvement backlog.
