- In this course, you have followed me through five common hybrids. On the spectrum spanning predictive to agile, there are many, many more. The scenarios I use are not a mini prescription or blueprint to copy. My intent with covering them is to inspire you to think about your context and how you can combine predictive and agile techniques at a rate of change that you can benefit from and manage. As a project professional, agile coach, or leadership team member, embrace hybrids as a path to approaches that balance adaptability with pragmatism. Not everyone is ready for a giant leap from where they are to an agile approach. That does not mean that you cannot benefit from agile and continuously improve. Each small shift to the right on the spectrum is something that you and your team can and should be proud of.
