- Now that you know more about the benefits of hybrids in some examples, let me share where to find additional information. Agile and lean have been around for decades and there are a lot of practices you may benefit from adopting. One of the go-to places to find information on Agile practices is using a search engine like Google. Now, the pros of using Google are that you might find many practices and lots of guidance. However, the detriment is that popular result may not be of help. They may contain guidance or content that is lacking or just inaccurate. If your organization has adopted Agile on any level, you may be able to connect with an Agile coach or scrum master so you can ask questions and get recommendations. If you don't have anyone in your organization with Agile experience, you most likely have somebody in your professional network you can connect with.
