- Now it's time for some fun. Now that our projects and spaces are connected, it's time to put our sample use case into action. Great news. A new woodworking order just came in. A client wants some raised planters for their garden. Let's create a Jira issue to track the order. I'll create a task in the Orders Jira Project. Here's some sample information to use in the issue fields. Now, there's no need to type any sample data. Simply copy and paste the information from my downloadable handout. You'll find it in the LinkedIn exercise files area in Jira. Click the Create button at the top of the page. Now, just so you know, I hid some of the fields that we don't need for our use case. All right, in the overlay, select Orders for the project and Task for the issue type. Then complete the summary description, due date, purchase date, and price fields.
