- Here's a sample use case so we can experiment with the capabilities of connected applications. We'll use this example throughout the course. Please feel free to adapt it to the needs of your organization. Let's pretend we're transitioning our weekend woodworking hobby into a full-time business. Our business needs a way to track orders, document materials and costs, and provide post-sales customer support. We'll use a Jira project for order tracking, a confluence space for materials, costs, and support content, and a JSM project for post-sale support. We should always configure applications with the future in mind. Today, this is a small business with just one woodworker, but hopefully in the future, additional team members or external vendors are added to build more projects and to manage functions like marketing, billing, customer service, and more.
