- [Instructor] Since business process flow sessions are related to individual case records, I'm going to open one of the cases that I created earlier. You'll notice that the business process flow is sitting on top of the form. I can see that this business process flow has three different stages, the identify by stage, the research stage, and the resolve stage. If I click on a stage, I can see the related steps. I can also see the identify stage has been active for less than a minute. If I want to pin the business process flow to the screen, I can do that by clicking on this icon. That will keep the business process flow steps locked on my screen. You can see that some of the steps in this stage have a red asterisks. This means that they are required fields. I cannot move to the next stage in the business process flow unless data in those steps has been populated. When you are trying to move to a next stage without…
