- [Instructor] We're going to pick up where we left off, in the same stream. What I want to talk about now is a tricky subject, because folks want a straightforward answer, and there's no straightforward answer to give, and that is, what's the best cluster. There are techniques we can use to try to narrow down the possibilities, but remember there are some considerations that fall outside the math. For instance, some years ago I was working with a cruise ship company, and what they wanted to do is try to anticipate where someone's next cruise would be, because if they could guess accurately they would then put an appropriate picture on the cover of the catalog that got mailed out. The idea was is that if you were interested in trips like Alaska or the fjords, or Patagonia and you got a close up of an umbrella drink in the Caribbean, that might turn you off because that would be a disconnect.
