- So I hope this course has given you a deeper understanding of the subject and plenty of practical ideas for how you could do your resource planning and what to look out for. And I hope you've now got a clearer picture of how you're going to plan and obtain and control the resources for your various projects. If you're already a project manager managing two or three projects, then you are already on your way to becoming a program manager, and you can start with just a small spreadsheet with two or three Gantt charts on it and then move on to a Gantt of Gantts and then you can gradually build up the sophistication of your view of the resources, projects, and time as you feel you need to. Keep coming back to this course every now and then. You might find that in a year or two from now, you're ready to use another part of it. And if you are able to push the boundaries of knowledge further on than I have on this course…
