Describe message nodes, question nodes, conditions, trigger phrases, and the authoring canvas
Let's look at some of the elements that developers use when building bots. The first thing you do when you create a new topic is specify trigger phrases for the topic. This is the screen that comes up when you click the new topic button on the topics page. You get on the left side here, your workspace, okay, with your trigger phrases and a message. And then there's this pop-up window on the right that gives you instructions about creating appropriate trigger phrases, and you can then add them right here in this add phrases, text box, and you can build up the trigger phrases however you like. This is just calling for trigger phrases for general greeting. But it can be any subject because the topic might come in the middle of the conversation, not necessarily at the beginning. In addition to the trigger phrases node, you have a message node with nothing in it where you can specify whatever message you want to the user. So to create a…
