Add actions to a business rule
- [Instructor] With my condition in place, I try to hit Save, and when I do, that's going to generate an error because this isn't a rule yet. I have to add some other components and those are actions. There are two broad types of actions: actions that can be used in canvas apps, and those are green, and actions that can be used in model-driven apps, which are all the green ones and the blue one. Now, if we'd looked at this a few months ago, some of these other choices would also not have been available in canvas apps. So if you're going to create only model-driven apps, then you can use all of the actions. If you are going to create apps that are canvas apps, you can't use the recommendation action and canvas apps at this point. Maybe in the future. So what action do I want? Well, the action I want is to set a field value. I'm going to drag this out here. Notice that we get these little boxes. In the business rule designer, you drop yes here and no here. But I'm going to do the same…
