From the course: Nano Tips for Developing a Content Calendar with Ross Simmonds

Consistency is key

- You've created a content calendar and you're trying to figure out, how consistent do I need to be? Well, the reality is it depends on you, it depends on your situation. On every channel, it's going to be a different best practice. For example, on LinkedIn, everyone knows that you should be publishing your content between nine to five, that is the time in which most people are spending time on LinkedIn. On other social channels, it might vary. So what you have to do to figure out your consistency level and how often you should post is take a step back and understand your audience, your customers, and your own schedule. Can you publish and schedule content to be shared over the weekend in addition to during the weekdays? That is all for you to figure out, but that's a key part of creating a content calendar and understanding the cadence that's going to work best for you.
