Creating topography from linked Civil 3D surfaces
In this video, I want to briefly talk about what happens when you have topography and you're working in projects that are stored in the cloud. So Autodesk has a mechanism for saving projects in the cloud. It's called Autodesk Construction Cloud, and the specific functionality that Revit uses to store projects in that cloud is called BIM Collaborate Pro. Now I have a whole course on BIM Collaborate Pro here in the library called BIM Collaborate Pro Essential Training. And I've got it open to chapter 7 right now, which is the chapter that talks about interoperability between Civil 3D and Revit. So if you are working in the cloud and you're using BIM Collaborate Pro and you're collaborating with folks who are using Civil 3D, so that's a lot of prerequisite criteria there, then you might run into the functionality that I'm about to share with you here in this video. Now you can review some of the videos in this chapter of this course if you like to get some prerequisites here if you're…
