- [Narrator] Once you've built out all of your supporting pages, it's time to build out the dashboard page. This is the starting point for your documentation. We want to give an introduction to the content and then give links to each of the sections that we've now converted into pages. Let's go back to the word document. The purpose and mission of this document is a perfect introductory statement for our page. Let's go and copy and paste that, and then go back to the SharePoint site. We already have a text web part. Let's paste the text there, and the next thing we need to do is add links to all of the sections that we've now converted into pages. So far, we've only done one, so let's practice that. Let's add a web part. Depending on the amount of content that you have, you might want to strategically pick different types of web parts, in this case we're going to use the Quick links web part.
