- Of all the productivity systems available today, Trello is the perfect tool for the kanban method. If you do a brief search via LinkedIn Learning, you'll see they already have a variety of resources to learn more about the kanban method in depth. The reason that this specific system is so successful is because it limits your focus to only the most important and urgent tasks, and it improves the flow of your work. Originally devised by Toyota as a way to streamline production using the lean production method, it has since been drastically simplified. And in this lesson I'll demonstrate very briefly how Trello and kanban are a great fit. So here we go over to Trello where I have created a brand new kanban board.
