- AI is rapidly impacting the human resource landscape, and that impact is only going to accelerate. It affects the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to skill development, retention, productivity, lead management, and more. AI has already been embedded into applicant tracking systems, human resource information systems, surveying tools, and other HR technologies. There's also generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, which can be used independently, in which I'm going to show you how to use in this course. My goal is to help you overcome any fear related to adopting this amazing technology. I want to show you how easy it is and how much fun it is as well. While the program is geared for novice users, there should be some takeaways for even our more experienced users. We are going to go into ChatGPT and I will show you how to use it to help with creating job descriptions, recruitment ads, recruitment strategies, how to parse resumes, personalized onboarding, career pathing and training, performance management, surveying, engagement strategies and more. The goal is to give you a broad look at the opportunity while also giving you specific action items you can take immediately after watching the program. The reality is this. You either work with technology or you'll get run over and put out of work by technology. This is a rapidly changing landscape and understanding how it will impact the HR function and your career will have a direct impact on your job security and value to the organization. Embracing artificial intelligence will help you to be more productive in your human resource role and to grow in your career.
