- AI is amazing at helping you to develop communication strategies. That includes when your managers are having a difficult time communicating with each other or their subordinates. I like to ask the AI program a scenario for them to provide a feedback conversation, an open dialogue format, or other form of fierce conversation that we need to have. It will inevitably suggest approaches that you would not have thought about by yourself. As always, the more specific, the better. Since we're again talking about a new subject, I'm going to start with a new chat around it, and here's my query. "I'm Anita, an HR manager. Can you simulate a feedback conversation for a senior project manager named Bob who's having challenges working with new generation Z employees?"
