- [Instructor] The process of creating user accounts, especially in a large enterprise environment, can become quite tedious. I should say not only in a large enterprise, but maybe if you're in a growing company where you're doing a lot of hiring, a lot of new users, or maybe there's a lot of turnover and a lot of new users coming in. So I want to show you that there is a way to somewhat help simplify the process of creating user accounts based upon the fact that users who work in a similar capacity in your organization are going to have similar needs. And so therefore their accounts should be set up almost identically. So the idea here is we're going to use what's called a user account template. So here in Active Directory Users and Computers, we are looking at the Customer Service container here.
