Implement operating system security by using Group Policies
- [Instructor] I'm in my Windows 2022 domain controller, and what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you how to set up security inside our domain using Group Policy. So, I'll go to Tools and Group Policy Management. Now, there used to be a tool called the Policy Analyzer, and there were some baselines that we could use to check out a security that we currently have versus what Microsoft recommends. But it's no longer supported as it was no longer being kept up to date. So, we need to do this in a little bit more manual manner. I'm going to right-click on my domain and choose to create a new Group Policy and link it here. And I'm going to call it SecuringADDomain and click OK. And now I'm going to choose my SecuringADDomain, right-click and choose Edit. And next I'm going to go to Policies, Windows Settings, and then inside Windows Settings, Security Settings.
