What goes on in a women's locker room

Ladies (or guys who've snuck into one) what goes on in the women's locker room in the morning? This is not a question meant for perversion, it's a real question. I ask because I see my wife at home, when she gets ready and it's chaos. Hair dryers, straighteners, makeup, hair stuff, other items of beautification that I don't know anything about. And this is one woman! So what is it like when there's a bunch of women getting ready? Is there fighting? Are you all in this together and rub lotion on each other to help get ready?

My wife owns a gym, and she will not answer this question, she just laughs.
