Virgin Friend

I have a virgin friend who wants to do "the deed".
He's introverted and shy but outgoing and once he's comfortable he'll be ok. He wants someone to teach him and he even put up craiglist ad, tried AFF and other websites but they're all asking money he says. As a good friend, i want to help given the situation he is in.

Any suggestions from the community on what he should do? He lives in Toronto, ON, Canada.
